Van Diemen's Voices

Formed in 2024, Van Diemen's Voices is comprises vocalists and instrumentalists wanting to enhance their early music practice. 

Led by composer, classically trained soprano, musical director, and advocate through making, Quin Thomson, Van Diemen's Voices explore the intersection of the human voice (phrasing, articulation, affect) with Baroque style and technique, by performing a rich array of works for vocal ensemble.

They meet regularly for rehearsal sessions with performance opportunities throughout the year.
